Why Churchly exists
Sunday's message was never meant to stay in the room.
Someone who wasn't there this Sunday needs what was said in it.
What you get

One sermon becomes a week of ministry.

Every piece begins with your sermon transcript. Churchly flags anything it isn't sure about, and your church approves the final version before anything is shared.

How it works

One upload starts the week.

Upload the recording, pick it from Drive or Dropbox, or connect your livestream once — every Sunday flows in on its own.

1

One sermon

Add this week's message. Churchly transcribes it, finds the key moments and builds a full week of ministry content — hands-free.

2

You approve

Everything waits in your Review Hub. Trim a clip, fix a word, swap a style — then approve. Nothing goes out without your yes.

Approval first

Your pulpit. Your word. Your yes.

AI does the heavy lifting — it never gets the final word. Every clip, guide and post waits in a review queue until the right person approves it.

Questions

What pastors ask us first

Will the content actually sound like our preacher?

Yes — everything is built from your sermon's own transcript. Clips are your preacher's actual words on video; guides and devotionals stay grounded in what was preached, not generic inspiration. And you review everything before it goes anywhere.

What happens if Churchly gets a word or Scripture reference wrong?

Churchly checks drafts against the transcript and flags anything it isn't confident about. You can fix any word in the editor — captions included — and nothing is published until your church approves it.

How do I get my sermon in?

Upload the recording, pick it from Google Drive or Dropbox, or connect your livestream once so every Sunday flows in automatically. One upload starts the week.

Can anything post without us seeing it?

No. Every piece waits in your approval queue until someone on your team says yes. You can edit, restyle or send anything back before it ever leaves the building.

How long does one sermon take?

Most standard sermons are typically ready for review within the hour — our pilot's 80-minute service came back in about 35 minutes. Very long services, very large files or rough source audio can take longer.

What's a Churchly Credit?

Credits cover optional AI regenerations — asking Churchly to produce a fresh set of clip suggestions or rewrite a draft from scratch. Ordinary editing, re-rendering and downloading never use credits, and every plan includes a monthly allowance.

Do you need our social media passwords?

Never. Channels connect through each platform's official secure sign-in, and you can disconnect at any time.

Is the background music licensed?

Yes. When you add background music to a clip, it comes from licensed tracks and is mixed under the voice — the message always stays on top.

Is our sermon used to train AI models?

No. Your content is used to serve your church — it is not used to train third-party AI models, and your personal information is never sold. See our Security page and Privacy Policy.

Who owns the content?

Your church does. Everything Churchly builds comes from your sermon, carries your church's name, and can be downloaded by your team at any time.

Can we cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month — cancel whenever you need to, and your content remains downloadable.

We're a small church with no media team. Is this for us?

Especially for you. Churchly does the work of a media team — one person reviewing and approving is all it takes to serve your people all week.

This Sunday's message deserves more than one hearing.

You prayed over it all week. It shouldn't be gone by Monday.
