Data Deletion
Last updated: 11 July 2026
You can delete your Churchly.tech data at any time. This page explains what we hold and how to have it removed.
How to request deletion
Email support@churchly.tech from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my data". We will verify the request and delete your data within 30 days, confirming by email when it is done.
What we delete
- Your account and organisation profile.
- Sermon recordings you uploaded and all content Churchly generated from them (clips, reflections, study guides and related assets).
- Authorisation tokens for any social accounts you connected (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
We may retain limited records where required to meet legal or billing obligations; these are deleted once no longer required.
Removing connected social accounts
You can disconnect any platform at any time from your Churchly settings, which immediately revokes Churchly's stored authorisation for that account. If you connected via Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove Churchly from Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Disconnecting stops all future publishing and removes the stored token.
